Yes! We carry comprehensive liability insurance and are fully bonded. Your pet's safety and your peace of mind are our top priorities. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
All our staff are pet first aid certified. In case of emergency, we'll immediately contact you and your designated emergency contact. If needed, we'll transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest emergency animal hospital. We maintain detailed emergency protocols for every pet in our care.
Your keys are stored securely in a locked safe with restricted access. Each key is labeled with a code (not your address) for security. We can also use lockboxes, garage codes, or smart lock systems if you prefer. All staff undergo background checks and are trained in security protocols.
Absolutely! We offer complimentary meet-and-greet sessions before your first service. This gives you and your pet the chance to meet your care provider, discuss your pet's routine, and ensure everyone feels comfortable. We believe in building trust and relationships!
We understand plans change! We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% charge. For emergencies, we're always flexible - just give us a call and we'll work it out.
Yes! We can administer oral medications, topical treatments, and even injections (for diabetic pets, etc.). Just provide clear instructions and we'll follow them exactly. There's no additional charge for basic medication administration. We'll always confirm we've given medications in our visit reports.
